Meet The Team

Katherine, our Office Manager, brings 15 years of extensive office management
experience to Webster Dental Group. She holds a degree in sociology from LeMoyne
College in Syracuse, NY, where she met Dr. Frank Sapere. Katherine’s professional
journey includes a decade of reception work at veterinary hospitals and five years in the
dental field, making her a versatile and skilled asset to our team. Outside of work,
Katherine enjoys spending time with her two daughters and one son, experiencing all
that young childhood brings! Her hobbies include boating, horseback riding, and raising
chickens, reflecting her love for an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

Amy, one of our office administrators and our dedicated treatment coordinator, brings 30
years of invaluable industry experience to Webster Dental Group. With her extensive
experience, Amy is well-equipped to manage the myriad tasks that keep our office
running smoothly. Outside of work, she treasures time spent with family, friends, and her beloved grandchildren. Amy enjoys camping and loves walking and visiting dog parks with her fur baby, making the most of her time in the great outdoors.

Lisa is a Rochester native and has been managing the front office in dental practices for over 20 years! She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons. In her spare time, she likes to read, find new ways to be creative, and cook new recipes.

Laurie has been a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist for 15 years, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her role. A graduate with honors from Monroe Community College in 2009, Laurie earned an Applied Associates in Dental Hygiene and an Associates in Liberal Arts. She has continually advanced her knowledge through numerous continuing education courses and holds an additional license to administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Though new to Webster Dental Group, Laurie has worked closely with Dr. Frank Sapere for years at a previous practice and happily followed him here.

Beyond the office, Laurie is a beekeeper with five hives, loves gardening and preserving her harvest through canning, and is a certified master food preserver. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and crocheting. Laurie has been married to her husband, Jason, for 15 years, and together they have two daughters, Nora and Violet, two dogs, two bunnies, and a flock of chickens!

Audrey graduated from Monroe Community College in 1988 with her Dental Hygiene degree. She and Dr. Sapere Sr. have been married for 35 years and have raised 4 children together. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, cooking, reading, and enjoying her growing family including 3 grandchildren!

Meet Cindy, our highly experienced and compassionate Certified Dental Assistant with an impressive tenure of over 30 years in the dental industry. Armed with a Dental Assistant Degree and certification, Cindy has been an invaluable member of the Webster Dental Group for 23 years. Prior to joining our team, she served as a dental surgical assistant in Rochester, NY, for three years, contributing to her extensive skill set. Beyond her professional commitments, Cindy finds joy in thrift shopping, crafting, gardening, hiking, and exploring new destinations. A true outdoors enthusiast, she revels in warm and sunny weather, spending as much time outside as possible during the summers. Committed to providing exceptional care, Cindy’s favorite aspect of her job is witnessing the transformative impact dental care can have on patients’ lives. Her goal is to offer great care and comfort to every patient she serves.

Meet Ella, our dedicated Certified Dental Assistant with a wealth of experience spanning 14 years in the dental industry. A graduate of MCC, Ella has been an integral part of the Webster Dental Group since 2014. In her professional journey, she has found immense fulfillment working alongside a talented and collaborative team. Outside of the dental office, Ella cherishes her free time with family, actively participating in outdoor activities such as attending her kids’ soccer games, biking, kayaking, hiking, and tending to her garden. A culinary enthusiast, she enjoys the art of cooking, and her love for travel adds an extra layer of excitement to her vibrant and active lifestyle. Ella’s commitment to dental excellence is paralleled by her zest for life, making her a valued member of our team.

Hannah is a new addition to the Webster Dental Group team, bringing her experience from the field of pediatric dental care. Her previous role sparked her interest in dentistry and inspired her to learn all she can to provide the best care possible. With an associate’s degree and a dedication to excellence, she serves as one of our office administrators and dental assistant. Outside of work, Hannah loves being outdoors and spending quality time with her family. Her enthusiasm and commitment make her a valuable part of our team.
